FAQ
Using WheelPeek
How do I create my first wheel render?
Open WheelPeek, snap or import a photo of your car, and wait for the AI to detect the wheels and identify your car. Pick a wheel from the catalog and the editor canvas renders it onto your car in HD, typically in about ten seconds.
What is a credit and what does one cover?
One credit equals one HD render or one full comparison sheet of up to nine looks (Compare-9). Previews are unlimited and do not use credits. During the public beta the web app is free: your first five renders need no account, and signing in with Google unlocks 100 free renders during the beta — a one-time beta allowance, not a monthly plan. Paid plans for heavy use will be announced after the beta.
Why does my render look slightly different from the product?
Renders are AI-generated and illustrative. A render QA judge checks every image against the real product photo and re-renders mismatches, but colours, finishes and proportions can still differ. Always confirm the exact product with the seller before buying.
How accurate is the fitment and Decision Score?
Fitment scoring is deterministic and based on real bolt-pattern and diameter data, but the numbers are estimates from manufacturer specs — not a fitment guarantee. Verify bolt pattern, offset, width and brake clearance with the seller or manufacturer before ordering wheels.
Do I need an account to use WheelPeek?
On the web your first five renders need no account (they carry a small WheelPeek mark); signing in with Google unlocks 100 free renders during the beta and is used only to meter them. The mobile apps need no sign-in, and there credits and saved looks are tracked on your device.
How do I get early access or report a problem?
Email wheelpeek@gmail.com. The web app is live in public beta at wheelpeek.com/app; the iOS and Android apps are coming soon to Google Play & the App Store, and the same address handles mobile early-access requests, support questions and photo-deletion requests.
